Please join the Aiken Group Sierra Club for its final 2016 meeting of the year on Sunday, November 13th from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Aiken Unitarian Universalist Church at 115 Gregg Avenue at the corner of Derby Lane in Aiken. The featured speaker will be Lisa Lord of the SC Native Plant Society, who will present a slideshow and talk on the many desirable native plants that can be added to our home landscapes to attract wildlife and pollinators.
Ms. Lord is an avid butterflier, a Certified Wildlife Biologist, current Vice-President of the SC Native Plant Society, and owner of Land and Leaves Resources, a conservation consulting company that assists non-profits, government agencies, and private landowners with natural resource management, conservation, and land preservation.
